ARE YOU NEW TO YOGA, curious about the foundational series and which muscles should be engaged in a pose?
ARE YOU AN INTERMEDIATE PRACTITIONER, seeking to build deeper knowledge about the structure of a pose in order to increase strength and stability? If so, come join yoga and Pilates instructor, Kelly Berry for this foundational series workshop focused on alignment, building strength and stability. Workshop will address the foundational mechanics of yoga poses – seated to standing – as well as working with injury, modifications and variations of poses which will be tailored for each student. Class sizes will be small (maximum of 8 students) to ensure that each student has personal attention and recommendations to fit for body type, specific injury and/or personal goals.
