Join us for a sacred and soothing afternoon of restorative yoga and guided meditation (led by Alex) and reiki (led by Carmen). We will start by connecting the body with the breath and gradually work our way into some gentle restorative postures to provide ultimate relaxation and release. A wide array of props, essential oils and hands-on touch will be provided to alleviate the body and soul, as well as inform us of the places where we are holding pain and trauma. This work lies in acknowledging our own pain and learning tools to heal old wounds. Reiki is an ancient form of universal energetic healing that encourages a state of balance, harmony and peace.
This workshop is open to all bodies, backgrounds, and levels.
