YES Flow for All (72° + 85°)   

Our all levels, all bodies, all backgrounds class - offered with and without heat (check the schedule). Bring an open mind and an open heart, and be prepared to sweat. This class will be challenging and fun, and always paired with a sweet playlist.

 

YES Technical Flow (85°)   

For those who are brand new to yoga, or want to hone their practice, this class is for you. With a heavy focus on the techniques, we will explore asanas (poses) from a slower and more detailed perspective. Come to learn, deepen, and connect.

 

YES Experienced Flow (85°)  

Feel fierce. Feel powerful. Recommended for students with an established yoga practice, our experienced flow will push your strength and desire to play. Be prepared for a vigorous vinyasa, with arm balances and inversions mixed in.

Not recommend for students who have unregulated high blood pressure. 

 

YES Flow + Restore (72°)    

A delicious balance of strengthening and restoring, this class will begin with 50-55 minutes of a solid vinyasa flow, followed by 20-25 minutes of deep, fulfilling rest. 

 

YES Intentional Flow (85°) 

A heated flow set to house with a focus on deep, satisfying stretch.
Gain flexibility, endurance and breath control as we focus inward to find powerful expansion and rest at the depth of each asana.

 

YES Yin (72°)

Yin yoga is a practice of deep surrender done mostly on the floor, that creates space in and around the joints to enhance mobility. By relinquishing all muscular effort and by using gravity with the natural weight of the body, the student allows for a deep stretch to the fascia (connective tissue). It is a slow and reflective practice that allows the student to feel and notice.

 

YES dance to Flow (72°)    

This 75 minute class will begin with a short warm up flow, followed by about 35 minutes of dance choreography. After the choreography section, a 30 minute hip opening series and stretch will lead to final savasana. The class is open level for both dance and yoga. Choreography will stay the same for 3-4 weeks to allow the body to become more familiar with the movements. Shoes are optional for the dance section.

 

YES Flow to dance (72°)    

This class believes in the power of your breath to heal you and gives you space to unfold what’s held, observe what’s freed, and share these movements in community. We begin with a fast paced warm-up vinyasa sequence to quiet the mind and open the body in preparation for the dance. Our freeform dance will evolve from this flow and will be a safe space to explore whatever movement our bodies, minds, and spirits call for. We will conclude with a meditation and time to share about the process in community. Come as you are, all are welcome. May you be moved however you need.

 

YES SoulStrip Burlesque (72°)    

A class for ALL BODIES, and ALL LEVELS of dance experience that invites you to move with us. Shed those layers, inhabit your groove, and get back to YOU.  Join us as we pop, shimmy and sashay our way into joy. This class asks you to let it all JUST GO, and explore your fierceness without limits, without fear and without judgement. Expect an open heart, a glistening forehead and sore limbs. Receive a soul that is liberated and set aflame all at once. Come on through, we are waiting for you.

YES Reiki + Meditation for All

In Japanese REI means Universal, Ki means Life Force. Reiki is a modality which generates universal life force energy. This class will guide you through meditation and Reiki energy to a build a deeper connection with your sensual self. Corinne will use her background as a sexuality educator to inform healing from sexual traumas and embracing your desires in this class. Deepening your relationship with embodiment will be at the core of this restorative and relaxing class. All genders are welcome.

 

YES Reiki + Meditation
for sexual energy healing

This class will open with a gentle guided meditation to connect you with your own life force energy. Reiki will be infused during a deep meditative state using a gentle hands on or off technique that assists in balancing your vital life force. Reiki brings restoration and relaxing that aids us in balancing our energy force. This promotes a deep connection between the mind, body, heart and soul.
