YES Restore (non-heated)    

Using a variety of props and supports, this full 75 minutes of restorative yoga allows you to sink in and completely release. Designed to fully relax the nervous system, and often described as a "yoga nap", you'll leave feeling refreshed having caught a full yoga high. Passive.

YES Yin

Yin yoga is a practice of deep surrender done mostly on the floor, that creates space in and around the joints to enhance mobility. By relinquishing all muscular effort and by using gravity with the natural weight of the body, the student allows for a deep stretch to the fascia (connective tissue). It is a slow and reflective practice that allows the student to feel and notice. Passive.

YES Flow to Restore (non-heated)    

A delicious balance of strengthening and restoring, this class will begin with a solid vinyasa flow, followed by a deep, fulfilling rest. Active + Passive.

 

YES Flow for alignment (heated + non-heated)

For those who are brand new to yoga, or want to hone their practice, this class is for you. With a heavy focus on the techniques, we will explore asanas (poses) from a slower and more detailed perspective. Come to learn, deepen, and connect. Active.

YES Flow for All (heated + non-heated)   

Our all levels, all bodies, all backgrounds class - offered with and without heat (check the schedule). Bring an open mind and an open heart, and be prepared to sweat. This class will be challenging and fun, and always paired with a dope playlist. Active.

 

YES Flow for power (heated)  

Feel fierce. Feel powerful. Recommended for students with an established yoga practice, our experienced flow will push your strength and desire to play. Be prepared for a vigorous vinyasa, with arm balances and inversions mixed in. Challenging.

 

YES dance to Flow    

Sometimes we all need to channel our inner Beyonce/ Cardi B/ Shakira/ Janet Jackson/ fill in the blank power performer. This open level dance and yoga class begins with a short warm up flow, followed by dance choreography, and finishes up with deep yogic stretches. Choreography will stay the same for 2-3 weeks to allow the you to fully embody the queen of the moment. Active.

 

YES Flow to dance   

This class believes in the power of your breath to heal you and gives you space to unfold what’s held, observe what’s freed, and share these movements in community. We begin with a fast paced warm-up vinyasa sequence to quiet the mind and open the body in preparation for the dance. Our freeform dance will evolve from this flow and will be a safe space to explore whatever movement our bodies, minds, and spirits call for. We will conclude with a meditation and time to share about the process in community. Come as you are, all are welcome. May you be moved however you need. Active.

YES Reiki + Meditation for All

In Japanese REI means Universal, Ki means Life Force. Reiki is a modality which generates universal life force energy. This class will guide you through meditation and Reiki energy to a build a deeper connection with your sensual self. Corinne will use her background as a sexuality educator to inform healing from sexual traumas and embracing your desires in this class. Deepening your relationship with embodiment will be at the core of this restorative and relaxing class. All genders are welcome. Passive.
