General studio policies

  • Our classes begin on time, and we ask that you not be late. 
  • For added ease, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before the start time of class.
  • Please be on your mat at the start time of class. 
  • Our classes vary in length - from 60 to 75 to 90 minutes. Please be aware of your class length and schedule it accordingly to allow for more mindful movement
  • Our hot classes are heated to about 85 degrees with varying levels of humidity depending on how many students and the quality of breath in the class.
  • Please leave your cell phone out of the yoga room.
  • Yoga mats and towels are available to rent for your convenience.
  • Our studios accept all forms of credit/debit cards and cash.

 

LATE POLICy

  • We allow for 5 minutes after the start of class time for entry - we understand commutes can be tough! However we ask you to use this allowance very very sparingly.

 

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICy

  • If you’ve signed up online and have not checked-in 2 minutes prior to class start time, your spot will be given to a fellow student on the waitlist.

 

Class Cancelations

Single Class, Class Packages + Unlimited Memberships

  • You must cancel your class 12 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.
  • Once your spot is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account for use at a future date.
  • If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged $10 to your account and your class will be returned to your account.
  • All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your account.

Workshops

  • You must cancel 24 hours or more in advance to receive credit for another workshop. If you cancel less than 24 hours before class starts, your workshop credit will still be deducted from your account.

 

NO-SHOWS

Single Class + Class Packages

  • If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.

Unlimited Memberships

  •  If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged $10 to your account.

Workshops

Expirations + Cancellations

unlimited Mats + Towels (Monthly Autopay)

  • Monthly autopay with your debit or credit account.
  • Expires 1 year after sign up date.
  • No commitment - may cancel anytime with 1 week written notice required. 

Unlimited Mats + Towels (full year Upfront)

  • Expires 1 year after sign up date.
  • We do not offer extensions or autopay pauses. 
  • No refunds.
  • Cancellations are on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more info.

5 + 10 Class Package 

  • 5 class packages expire 3 months after purchase.
  • 10 class packages expire 6 months after purchase.
  • We do not offer extensions or refunds.
  • We understand that life happens. For any medical, family or sudden issues, please contact the studio directly.

1 Year Unlimited yes (full year Upfront)

  • Expires 1 year after sign up date.
  • We do not offer extensions or refunds.
  • We understand that life happens. For any medical, family or sudden issues, please contact the studio directly.

Unlimited - 1 year commitment (Monthly Autopay)

  • Expires 1 year after sign up date.
  • We do not offer extensions or autopay pauses. 
  • Cancellations and autopay pauses are on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more info.
  • Client may only pause membership for up to one month for emergency situations.
  • We require 30 day written notice before cancellation.
  • Client is responsible for all months that are not fulfilled following date of cancellation.

  • Expires 6 months after sign up date.

Memberships + Workshops

  • Memberships can not be used toward workshop pricing unless otherwise specified.
  • If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, You must cancel 24 hours or more in advance to receive credit for another workshop. If you cancel less than 24 hours before class starts, your workshop credit will still be deducted from your account.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

  • We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, Workshops or apparel and merchandise.

 

TRANSFERS

  • All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable. 
  • All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client. 

 

CHANGING THE DATES OF YOUR MEMBERSHIp

  • Memberships begin on date of purchase, but can be adjusted to the date in which you take your first class. 
  • If you would like to adjust the start date please email us at yes@theyesstudio.com.

 

DISCOUNTS

  • Students, seniors, veterans and Rockwall members with valid ID can receive 10% off everything.
  • Discount is NOT eligible for the 2 Week Intro to YES.
  • If you sign up for an autopay package during your 2 Week Intro to YES you can receive 5% off your package of choice.
  • All members of the 6 month commitment, 12 month commitment and year-paid-in-full will receive 10% off merchandise. This cannot be combined with another discount.
  • All members of the yearly unlimited mats + towels will receive 5% off merchandise. This cannot be combined with another discount.
  • Discounts are only redeemable in-studio, not online.

 

LOST & FOUNd

  • YES Studio is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio or yoga room. 
  • Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.
