a yin yoga & reiki experience

This two hour experience combines the powerful, complementary and healing practices of Yin yoga, Reiki + Meditation.
Yin Yoga is a modern practice of Eastern tradition. A series of passive yet challenging poses are held for 3-5 minutes, accessing the deeper connective tissues and layers of fascia that run throughout the body and its systems. As the intensity of physical traction dissolves, energy flow shifts - priming the body to enter a deeply meditative state.
Reiki is a century-old Japanese spiritual practice that combines meditation and energy work to reconnect us with our universal life force. It allows us to shed layers of anger and worry that obscure the bright light that is our essence.
The combination and flow of these practices will awaken a newfound depth of presence. Inspired by the rhythmic energy of the summer season, Nathalie and Iliana’s unique offering will provide a space to surrender to the body, rest the mind and leave the outside world behind. Together, we’ll soak into consciousness.
