Part 1: 8/24 / Uncover
- Define what self-worth means to you
- Learn how to process and release long held pre-conceptions of your worth
- Gain tools to heal wounds, triggers, and traumas around your self-doubt
Part 2: 9/21 / Claim
- Find and feel forgiveness
- Actively heal and restore your body and energy system
- Learn tools for self-care and developing positive reinforcement thinking
Part 3: 10/19 / Embody
- Empower yourself to show up fully in the world
- Feel embodied in your strongest sense of self
- Solidify and claim your presence through affirmation
Self-worth and confidence is a daily practice. Feeling like you’re enough and are valued is an internal practice. In the two hours of each workshop we'll connect and ground through a short yoga practice, find clarity through a guided mediation, go deeper through journaling, and build strength with community through a communal discussion.
